Labour Rates
These are the labour rates for all scheduled works within the Shropshire and Wrexham areas. Rates do not include the cost of materials. We do not charge VAT.
First Hour
Rate charged for the first hour or part hour of scheduled work. £ 70
Additional Hours
Rate charged for additional hours or part hours after the first hour charge £ 35
Please note: The first hour charge is invoiced regardless of the works taking 20 or 60 minutes.
Estimates
When pricing works we will give an estimated price and not a quote. We do this as sometimes there is unforeseen circumstances on the day of works that effect the invoiced price. This may cause an increase in labour time or added materials required. Most of the time our estimates are very accurate.
There is no charge for estimates within the Shropshire or Wrexham area.
